Review and mentoring
Set up the code review process and mentored the developers who joined later. At dan.it, took a group of 25 beginners from nothing to a working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Git.
A low-code platform
Owned the frontend architecture of nedyx, a low-code platform for business reporting. Users configure tables, charts and text blocks from database data, and PDF export works for any set of widgets.
A language and its editor
Designed a DSL so analysts write formulas themselves instead of filing tickets. Wrote the grammar, a parser built with Chevrotain and Lezer, the evaluator and a CodeMirror editor with completion and inline errors.
Undo/redo across the app
Widget moves, formulas and styles share one history. A change across several pages undoes as one step, and the history is kept in IndexedDB, so it survives a reload.
AI in production
Took LLM features from prototype to production: an assistant panel with streamed answers, model choice and tool calling, retrieval over the product's documents, and every AI edit undoable as one step.
An LLM that does not invent features
The model's context is built from the product's function list and docs, and the build fails as soon as the two drift apart.
AI in daily work
I use Claude Code and other AI tools every day and set them up for each project with skills and shared rules. AI helps me optimize code, debug and review changes.
Premium subscriptions
Built premium subscriptions for a PWA that also runs in native apps: a paywall, plus purchases and restores through a native bridge to the store. Premium banners and promo-code and referral rewards live in the web app.
Performance at scale
Kept large tables and charts responsive: virtualized the big tables, split and lazy-loaded the routes, trimmed the bundle, and cut repeat GraphQL round trips with fragment-level caching.
Dynamic forms and tables
Built the rendering logic for dynamic and asynchronous forms and tables in three LinkSquares applications for contracts and legal projects. That layer became the base later features were built on.
